  • 1. Do you have an app or online platform?
    Yes, we have a web application and a full-featured website where you can book, track, and manage your driver—online or offline.
  • 2. Do you provide temporary or on-call drivers?
    No. We do not offer on-call or short-term drivers. We specialize in full-time, permanent driver placements for households, corporate needs, and fleet management.
  • 3. How do you select and verify drivers?
    Each driver goes through a detailed background check, police verification, and in-person interview. We ensure they meet our safety and skill standards before assigning them to you.
  • 4. Can I meet or interview the driver before hiring?
    Yes, you may speak to the driver over a call or in person before confirming. If you’re not satisfied, we’ll suggest more profiles.
  • 5. Do you offer driver replacements if I’m not happy?
    Yes, we provide unlimited replacements within a reasonable time frame, in case the assigned driver resigns or doesn’t suit your expectations.
  • 6. How long does it take to assign a driver?
    It typically takes 3–4 working days to assign a suitable driver after completing your onboarding and requirement assessment.
  • 7. Can I negotiate the driver’s salary or your service fee?
    No, we follow a non-negotiable pricing model to maintain fairness, transparency, and consistent quality across all clients.
  • 8. What happens if the driver steals or damages something?
    If something is stolen, It should be dealt legally where sunrise drivers will assist you in the process where ever necessary.
  • 9. Who is responsible if the driver causes an accident?
    The client may deduct damages from the driver’s salary, if proven. However, we advise clear terms of responsibility during onboarding.
  • 10. What are your charges?
    Our charges vary depending on your location, vehicle type, and shift requirements (full time/live-in/day/night). Please contact our team for exact pricing.
  • 11. Can I get a live-in driver?
    Yes, we provide live-in drivers if your location and accommodation arrangements are suitable.
  • 12. What documents does the driver carry?
    All our drivers have valid driving licenses, ID proofs, and address verifications. Copies can be shared on request.
  • 13. Can I request a driver who speaks a specific language?
    Yes, we try our best to match drivers with your language preference, especially Telugu, Hindi, or English-speaking drivers.
  • 14. What if the driver resigns suddenly?
    In such cases, we’ll prioritize immediate replacement and ensure you’re not left without a driver for long.
  • 15. Do you serve both corporate and household clients?
    Yes, we provide drivers for households, senior citizens, company executives, fleet owners, and other business needs.
