✔ We aim to provide a driver within 2 to 4 working days, depending on availability.
✔ Each driver undergoes profile and document verification to ensure suitability for the job.

2. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure a smooth experience, customers must:

✔ Provide accurate information when booking a driver.
✔ Verify that the assigned driver meets their requirements before accepting the service.
✔ Ensure that the vehicle is in good condition and secure before handing it over to the driver.
✔ Follow all applicable laws and road safety regulations when using our services.

3. Limitation of Liability

We strive to provide reliable and professional drivers, but we cannot be held responsible for:

✔ Any damage to the vehicle during the service.
✔ Loss of personal belongings or valuables inside the vehicle
✔ Any accident, delay, or inconvenience caused during the use of our services.

We strongly advise customers to take necessary precautions to secure their valuables before using our service.

4. Payments & Charges

✔ Full payment is required before the driver is assigned.
✔ We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and other online payment methods.
✔ Payment terms and conditions may change without prior notice based on company policies.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

✔ If you cancel a booking before the driver is assigned, cancellation charges may apply.
✔ Once a driver has been assigned and the service has started, refunds are not possible.
✔ If you are not satisfied with the assigned driver or if the driver leaves unexpectedly, you can request a driver exchange (subject to availability) instead of a refund.
