We do not offer refunds for our services once a booking has been made and a driver has been assigned. Since we provide professional drivers for permanent hiring, the service is considered delivered once the booking is confirmed.

However, we understand that unexpected situations may arise, such as:

  • ✔ The assigned driver does not meet your expectations.
  • ✔ The driver leaves unexpectedly before completing the agreed service period.

In such cases, while a refund is not possible, we do offer an exchange option to ensure you receive the best service.

Exchange Policy

If you are not satisfied with the driver assigned to you or if the driver is unavailable due to unforeseen reasons, we will arrange a replacement driver based on availability.

To request a driver exchange, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to find a suitable replacement that meets your requirements.
